Group-Based Physiotherapy-Led Pilates Classes 

We are so pleased to be able to offer highly specialist group-based Pilates for Beginners! There is so much evidence-base for pilates and how this compliments pelvic health and being Physiotherapy-led we are able to adapt to your individual presentation. For those who are post-natal, or have a gynaecological symptom such as incontinence or prolapse, these classes are designed for you so that you can be confident knowing you can add pilates into your rehabilitation with the trust that you won’t be making any of your symptoms worse. 

 

We also welcome beginners who don’t have specific gynaecological symptoms, but want to start increasing their core and back strength for optimal women’s health (Well-Woman Class). 

 

We run these is blocks of 6 weeks so please enquire stating your interest in the classes and we can reply with the upcoming availability. Groups are small with 9 maximum and 2 physiotherapists present throughout. Our four classes are;

Post Natal (Tuesday Evenings 19:30-20:30) - Mum only 

Mum & Baby (Thursday morning 09:30-10:30 and 10:30-11:30). 

Well-Woman Pilates ( Peri & Menopause ) - Friday morning 10:30-11:30
